Polish cuisine also borrowed many dishes from neighboring nations; we also use many recipes of Jewish cuisine. The Polish menu is constantly enriched with new flavors, sometimes even exotic. In addition to restaurants serving Polish specialties, there are also more and more restaurants specializing in the cuisine of Asian countries, Italian or French dishes, as well as vegetarian dishes.

Traditional Polish specialties are real calorie bombs, which, however, are worth trying. Polish cuisine abounds in meat dishes prepared in many ways. We especially recommend such dishes as: bigos, pork chop, dumplings or stuffed cabbage (more dishes are described below). Polish cuisine is famous for its excellent bread and delicious sausages.
